FREE FIRST, FOUNDER FOCUSED
AUSWERX exists to remove commercial barriers for Defence founders, so almost everything we do is provided free of charge. Although, we may charge a modest fee for some training programs to help us recover costs, our core advisory support will always be free. Our incentive is simple: help good ideas become deployable capability, not sell billable hours.

We are not a traditional accelerator with fixed intakes, rigid programs, or equity terms. Founders and companies can come to us when they need help, whether that is a single question on a pitch, a deep-dive on business models, or ongoing check-ins as they grow. This open-door approach means support is responsive to real-world timing, not tied to application windows or program calendars.
